1a. Single Leg Box Squat: 3x10 each side (ok, that's tough, so do them assisted or swap them for lunges)
1b. Bent Over Row: 3x10
2a. Single Leg RDL: 3x10 each side
2b. Military Press: 3x10 each side
3. Jackknife: 3x10
