This podcast is all about increasing trust in your body, and believing in our resilience (body and mind) rather than buying into the frailty "you need fixed" narrative of the fitness world. You're NOT broken! My guests and I challenge the claim that there's a right and wrong way to move or exercise; explore what actually causes injury and pain; nurture a journey-oriented mindset to fitness so the outcome (results/lack of results) no longer hold power over us. The purpose of that is to be confident, consistent, and content as we learn and grow. And know we're doing enough.
